prepare for it..

• Nice to not need to be leg powered to get to work today.  it was fun and a good experience, but i think i realized that while an occasional bike ride is fun, i'm not a hard core bike enthusiast.  when i got home last night, i was spent.  the ride home is more uphill and i didnt take it casual, i sort of put my head down and pushed the whole ride home, so was pretty much wiped out.  using the clutch/gas today proved more relaxing
• we miss our mack.  mack has been gone now since yesterday at sleepaway camp and we're learning how weird it is.  he wont be coming into our room, coming in for dinner, asking questions, not listening, and so on.  even sleeping with his bedroom door open is just a little weird
• today will be a grinder, like yesterdays biking.  meetings starting at 7am and running until 4:30, with like 3 x 30 minute breaks.. oofah
• the future, or lack thereof, of the mouse
• other reluctant windows users.  i still have windows at home and have been stalling to buy a mac, just lazy, but also, lots of traveling which means i'm home less to buy and play
• pick your poison: airline industry or auto - here's a case for why auto is worse ;-)
• enjoying a venti iced coffee, pound of pound of caffeine i think this is the most economical way to get coffee
• i hate when i sign an email, in haste "bem" - ugh, i just did that
• some church actually took a position in the xm/sirius merger.  there are people dying, struggling, sick, and in need of spiritual aid, yet the church found the time to write a letter to the fcc to protest howard stern.  this world is going to heck in a handbasket
• ok, time to get focused!
